The Can Art Change the World? Foundation is a non-profit created by French artist JR to empower communities through art, culture, and education.
Since 2009, we have been bringing continuity to JR’s projects by creating autonomous spaces and programs where participants can create, connect, and learn together. Today, the nonprofit supports three main programs and has contributed to various projects and initiatives mobilizing communities across the globe by intertwining art forms such as photography, dance, cinema, creative writing, and more.
